BBB Tulsa may collect certain user information pertaining to your interaction with BBB. Unless you are a participant in Tulsa’s Student Video Contest, user information is not intended to be personally identifiable. Tulsa’s websites are not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. BBB Tulsa does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13.
Only participants in Tulsa’s Student Video Contest will submit personally identifiable information. This personally identifiable information will only be used to maintain contact with participants throughout the duration of the contest, to document past participation, and for future contests should the participant wish to continue participation. BBB Tulsa’s Student Video Contest participants must complete the Student Video Contest Parental Consent Form (“consent form”) prior to entering the contest. The consent form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to the participant’s entry in the contest. No personally identifiable information will be collected on the participant prior to BBB Tulsa’s receipt of a signed consent form.

If you are not a Student Video Contest participant BBB Tulsa will not intentionally retain personally identifiable information about you. If you are a Student Video Content participant, you may opt out of any future contacts from BBB Tulsa at any time. Content submitted in conjunction with the Student Video Contest, once the consent form is signed and submitted to BBB Tulsa, will be the intellectual property of BBB Tulsa and can be used in further marketing and communications efforts by BBB, or as BBB Tulsa otherwise see fit.
Future Communications with Student Video Contest Participants
For Student Video Contest participants, here may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about BBB or its affiliated organizations. This will only be presented if you are a participant in the Student Video Contest and have submitted a signed consent form.
