Unless you are a participant in Wichita Falls’ Student Video Contest, user information is not intended to be personally identifiable. Only participants in Wichita Falls’ Student Video Contest will submit personally identifiable information. No personally identifiable information will be collected on the participant prior to BBB Wichita Falls’ receipt of a signed consent form.

If you are not a Student Video Contest participant BBB Wichita Falls will not intentionally retain personally identifiable information about you. Intellectual Property

Content submitted in conjunction with the Student Video Contest, once the consent form is signed and submitted to BBB Wichita Falls, will be the intellectual property of BBB Wichita Falls and can be used in further marketing and communications efforts by BBB, or as BBB Wichita Falls otherwise see fit.

 

Future Communications with Student Video Contest Participants

For Student Video Contest participants, here may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about BBB or its affiliated organizations.
